It has been long overdue, but the Public Sector Accountancy and Audit Academy (PSAAA) is officially on WhatsApp. The academy is making this change in an effort to keep up with the fast-paced environment in which we live and to be as efficient as possible.
“As PSAAA, we’re happy to announce that we have invested in a new social media platform that will allow us to be efficient in our communication,” says the PSAAA Research and Marketing team.
“The WhatsApp platform will allow us to deliver updates about our services and short courses, as well as use the platform to use the platform to address queries that you may have regarding our services, short course offers, and free courses.”
The public sector will be better equipped to ensure accountability in the prudent management of public financial resources thanks to the establishment of PSAAA in 2020, which is intended to improve the knowledge, skills, and abilities of accounting and auditing professionals working in the public sector.
With their GASP accreditation and the Continuous Personal Development (CPD) course, accounting officers can stay on the cutting edge of South Africa’s rapidly developing financial sector.
The accreditation’s goal is to give government-related finances a comprehensive and effective accounting framework.
A key tool for making sure one stays current in a fiercely competitive climate is the CPD course.
